• Through PayPal we accept credit card or e-check paymet by Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express. At this time, we only accept payment through online transactions via PayPal.

• Payment is required in full upon placement of your order. Please ensure we have your complete and proper shipping address.

• If you purchase an item from us that is damaged, was shipped incorrectly or which has a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly exchange it and pay the shipping cost for its replacement.

• For all other purchases, we will exchange that item only if it is unopened with the shrink-wrap intact. We must also request that you pay for the return shipping and that the product be wrapped in the same type of protection as when you received it.

• Please call us email us via the following form Returns to receive a return authorization and shipment destination address. Please include your name, address, city, state, zip, country and daytime phone number with your return. Please specify the reason for your return.

• If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please notify us when you place your order. If product is to be sent to multiple addresses, such as when a gift order is placed with your personal order, please note that a second shipping and handling charge is required for the gift order address.

• Orders will normally ship within two to three working days of receipt of the order (our awau ministry schedule may create longer delays). Depending upon the season and your location within the United States, please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
