1989 - Read Melody Green's, "No Compromise"; An account of her late husband's life (Keith Green). From that point on, well, let's say it was the beginning of sorrows - letting go was difficult for me.

For those interested, here's some been-through-it the long and hard way (15 years) input (applicable only to those truly bent on knowing God throgh Jesus Christ): When God calls, don't try to mix your professional or personal agenda with what you think is His. Instead, wait on HIm until you can let go of your preconceived ideas (even dreams) of how things should be, and move as far away from any part that is not 100 percent in agreement with His established word. He'll bring to you, or back to you, what is appointed, you'll be wonderfully satisfied, and the process of becoming what you'll end up being in the end anyway will be much less painful (the pain you do experience throughout the process will make more sense).

While there are always exceptions, I've seen that the majority of our suffering in this process of "being made holy" is directly proportional to how tightly we hold to our perception of how things should be.

(By the way, musician or not, you've got to read "No Compromise". You'll probably hate me for it, but, hey ... what are friends for?)

1988 - Moved to Nashville

1987 - Married to Erin A. Constantinidis from Calgary, Alberta - next to loving/serving Jesus, best move of my life!

1986 - Began ministering solo

1982 - 1986 Formed Change of Heart Ministries - approx 200 dates per year

1981 - 1982 Member of Heritage Singers, World Tour
